Operating requirements and notice:

Check before usage
1. Check whether there is damage to the outer packing.
2. Check whether there are damaged parts.
3. Check whether all nuts, bolts and screws are firmly fastened.

Installation

Before installation
1. Place the steel bar bender in the flat and solid ground.
2. Leave some space to store the raw material.
3. Leave some space for transporting finished products.
4. The voltage of inlet power supply should be within ±10% of the standard voltage. Ensure ground connection.

Choose bending accessories

Choose the pile head and pile head set according to the strength and diameter of the rebar when bending rebar. Avoid using minor diameter pile head to bend major diameter rebar.

Maintenance:

1. Change the lubricating oil for the first time after using the rebar bending machine for three months, and change it per year afterwards. It would be better to change the oil when it just runs out of oil.
2. Turn on the oil drainage device below the reducer and drain the waste oil. Re-start the electric motor, and drain the remaining waste oil. Tighten the oil drainage device and add clear gear oil.
