Diesel Powered Bending Machine

Introduction:

Rebar bender is composed of reducer, big gear wheel, pinion and bending plate. The big gear wheel drives the bending plate, and then bends rebar. Brake is used to guarantee the bending angle. Diesel powered bending machine is applied to bend plain carbon steel, hot rolled round steel, deformed steel, flat steel, square steel and angle steel. It can be widely used in areas with no access to electricity, in construction site, rebar processing factories, road and bridge building sites.

3. It is with extra hard auxiliaries and adjustable board, which ensures long working life.
4. Working dish, insert seat and plug wheel are made of 45#, which are extra thick and treated with high frequency.

Operating requirements and notice:

Preparation:

1. Study the operating manual of the diesel engine and the rebar bender.
2. Add the required diesel, lubricating oil and cooling water for the diesel engine according to the operating manual.
3. Check whether bolts are fastened.
4. Rotate in the direction indicated on the working plate (heavy bending direction).

Maintenance:

1. Every work shift shall add lithium butter to main shaft bearing and pinion and rack.
2. Add lubricating oil to lubricating places before usage.
3. Avoid using diesel powered bending machine with minor diameter to bend rebar with major diameter.
4. Smear anti-corrosive grease on the machine and maintain in a dry place when not using for a long time.
