Operating requirements and notice:

Preparation:

1. Rotate manually to check whether there is clamping stagnation or not.
2. Horizontal interval between two blades shall be between 0.2mm-0.5mm/0.2mm-0.8mm.
3. Check whether bolts are fastened.
4. Check whether the electric machine work well or not, and ensure good insulating property and grounding.
5. Fuel 8-10KG N150-220# gear oil to the new machine.
6. Stop the hydraulic electric rebar cutter for checking when there are abnormal phenomena during no-load test.

During usage:

1.Cut the rebar with the middle and bottom parts of the blade.
2.Check whether the blade looses or not during usage, and change a new one when needed.

Maintenance:

1.Clean dirt and sundries in time, and smear anti-rust oil for places where easy to be rusted.
2.Check whether oil in the machine is above the lower oil leveler marking line.
3.Dismantle the motor if the rebar cutting machine stops working for a long time.
4.Change oil one month later after first refuel. Refuel Albany grease for bearings after using for six months.
