Rebar Cutting and Bending Combined Machine

Introduction:

Rebar bending and cutting machine is our self-developed combination device. It can be used to cut and bend rebar efficiently and precisely. It comes with high competitiveness on national and international market, because of its high efficiency, low noise, compact structure and long term stability. In addition, rebar cutter bender supports long term continuous operation, simple maintenance and low operation cost. The spare parts are provided at low cost as well. It is the perfect device for construction sites.

Features:

1. Rebar bending and cutting machine adopts turbine speed reducer, which with great torque and low noise.
2. Working dish is with location pins, it can reset automatically after bending.
3. The axel in bending part can drive connection rod to cut rebar when bending.

Advantages:

1. By combining bending and cutting, it is with high performance.
2. Rebar cutter bender can bend automatically, which is labor saving and high efficient.

Operating requirements and notice:

Check before usage
1. Check whether there is damage to the outer packing of the rebar bending and cutting machine.
2. Check whether there are damaged parts.
3. Check whether all nuts, bolts and screws are firmly fastened.

Installation Before installation

1. Place it in the flat and solid ground.
2. Leave some space to store the raw material.
3. Leave some space for transporting equipments.
4. The voltage of inlet power supply should be within ±10% of the standard voltage. Ensure ground connection.
5. Connect the rebar cutter bender with the power supply and then test.
6. Check whether the lubricating oil is adequate or not, and add oil to the machine oil tank every four hour.
7. Test: perform test with and without load.

Maintenance:

1. Change the lubricating oil for the first time when using the rebar bending and cutting machine for three months, and change the oil every half a year afterwards. (It would be better to change the lubricating oil when it just runs out.)
2. Clear the working table after work, and smear lubricating grease. Avoid refuel or smear the rebar cutter bender during operation.
3. Avoid changing center pile head or striker plate during operation.
4. Smear anti-rust oil and place in a dry place when not using for a long time.
