Maintenance:

1. Avoid damage caused by rain, sunshine, sand and dust.
2. Check the traction part and oil tanks to refuel or change lubricant.
3. Clean the CNC bending and cutting machine before and after operation. Take away the oxidized steel and sundries.
4. Check the tightness of blades and bending part, as well as whether the blades and initial point are reset or not.
5. Monthly maintenance. Check whether there is oil leakage or screw loose in the mechanic part, the oil level in hydraulic oil tank and the tightness of circuit connection.
6. Lubricate the traction wheels every 3 month.
7. Keep pressure between 8Mpa to 10Mpa.
8. For long term stock, cut off power supply before maintenance. Set all section in out-of-service state. Paint anti-rust oil on places easy to rust. Cover 2D stirrup bending machine with waterproof bag. Put the key in a safe place.
