Diesel Powered Cutting Machine

Introduction:

50A diesel powered cutting machine is specially designed for areas without access to electricity to cut rebar. It combines rebar cutting machine and diesel engine with belt. Steel bar cutter is applied to cut plain carbon steel, hot rolled round steel, deformed steel, flat steel and square steel.

Operating requirements and notice:

Preparation:

1. Add the required diesel, lubricating oil and cooling water for the diesel engine according to the operating manual.
2. Add 6.5-7.5kg N150-220# gear oil to the new diesel powered cutting machine.
3. Check whether bolts are fastened. (Fasten the eight M20 high strength bolts once every day).
4. Stop steel bar cutter for checking when there are abnormal phenomena during ten minutes’ no-load test.
5. Horizontal interval between two blades shall be between 0.2mm-0.5mm/0.2mm-0.8mm.

During usage:

1. Cut the rebar with the middle and bottom parts of the blade.
2. Use the long side of rectangle (100mm*74mm*28mm) to cut rebar with diameter less than Φ38mm, and use short side to cut rebar with diameter over Φ38mm. Check whether the blade looses or not during usage, and change a new one when needed.

Maintenance:

Check whether there is leakage of lubricating oil. Change oil one month later after first refuel. Refuel Albany grease for bearings after using the diesel powered cutting machine for six months.
