1. GWH-32 Rebar Radius Bending Machine

Features:

1. It has two driving wheels to transfer power and bend rebar at the same time.
2. It uses Calcium grease lubricating oil.
3. Gear is made of 45# steel which is with long working life.
4. It can bend flat steel, angle steel and round steel.

Operating requirements and notices:

1. There shall be enough places around the machine.
2. Check whether there is damaged part, whether the electric connection is safe.
3. Operating with no load for 15-30 minutes for the first time to check whether there is abnormal noise and whether the switch works.

Maintenance:

1. Operators should master the structure, performance and operating method, and abide by the specifications and notes.
2. Keep it clean and check the working condition frequently.
3. It adopts Calcium grease lubricating oil which should be replaced and replenished every three months.
4. Turn off the main power when stop using it.
5. Keep from rain and dust. Smear anti-rust oil for exposed parts.
