Introduction:

Steel bar stirrup bender is designed to bend steel bar by 90°and 135°. It can bend 4, 18 and 20mm round bar into various needed geometrical shape. CNC rebar stirrup bending machine is with simple process, high efficiency, easy adjustment and even bending.

Features:

1. It has 90°and 135°foot switches, which ensures easy adjustment.
2.Steel bar stirrup bender is easy to operate, even no need of training.
3.Range of angle is between 0°and 360°.
4. It has high rotate speed, 20-25 times per second, and 500 stirrups per hour.

Operation requirements and notice:

1.Check whether there is loosed screw or damage before installation.
2.CNC rebar stirrup bending machine must be equipped with earth leakage circuit breaker and connects grounding wire.
3.Adjust degree of parallelism and interval between striker plate and bending accessories in accordance with dimension of bended rebar.
4.Fix the screw of angle clamp when reaching the needed angle.
