Operating requirements and notice:

Preparation:

1. Rotate manually to check whether there is clamping stagnation or not.
2. Horizontal interval between two blades shall be between 0.2mm-0.5mm/0.2mm-0.8mm.
3. Check whether bolts are fastened.
4. Check whether the electric machine work well or not, and ensure good insulating property and grounding.
5. Fuel 8-10KG N150-220# gear oil to the new machine.
6. Stop the hydraulic electric steel rod cutter for checking when there are abnormal phenomena during no-load test.
