It is composed of traction straightening part, hydraumatic cutting part, blanking shelf and electric control part.

Straightening part:

Depending on stagger straightening wheels and rotation of straightening box, straightening box removes stress and pushes wires to operate. It adjusts wires’ straightness by taking advantage of the forward and backward of straightening wheel.
Traction part:
It is made up of drive assembly, traction assembly and reducer. It uses electric motor as power. Triangle belt drives the reducer; reducer drives the traction assembly, traction wheel and chains; and chains drive the traction wheels of drive assembly. In this way, material feeding completes.

Cutting part:

1. Electric motor drives hydraulic pump, which is controlled by magnetic exchange valve and security pressure control valve. Active square cutters equipped on the piston rod cross with the fixed circular cutters equipped on the cylinder base. In this way, steel wires get cut.
2. Stress removes and cart is pulled back by spring, and then moves into cutting preparation status. The cutting part includes electric motor, gear pump, magnetic exchange valve, manifold block, active cart, oil cylinder, balanced guide rail, high pressure oil pipe and fuel tank.

Blanking shelf (manual)

Straightened wires enter blanking shelf through circular cutter of the active cart, and move forward to the given size, and push the travel switch, and then cut the rebar.

Electric control part:

It can be divided into two types: common type ( travel switch manual sizing) and CNC (encoder auto counter).
